Our special guest for today is Mr.Harshil Sangani.

Can you please introduce yourself to our audience?

Hello, i am harshil sangani & my company's name is H.S. infographics, the firm name is derived from my name.

How did you think of this particular name ?

I had no prior thoughts for this name it just came out of funn i haven't thought of it.

After 11th i have done triple programming VFX & Animation with completing 12th externally.

Can you tell us a bit about your family background ?

My family background is totally from business.

My father has his own business of electrician, my mother has her own business of garments & my sister is in Canada, she is also planning a business there.

I am from a business oriented family background. All my family & relatives like uncle & all are into business.

What type of business does your father do? He has a Company or Shop?

No,he doesn't have a shop . He takes up projects & does all the electrician work there.

For ex : If a bungalow is going into renovation, so all the electric work there is taken up by my father. He doesn't have tie-up with builders or government projects. Its all private contacts.

What does your mother do ?

My mother is in garments business from past 20 years.She is handling it with my aunt in partnership.

When i was just 2 years, she started this business. Firstly she started it from our home but now she owns a shop from past 10 years.She handles everything solely. She is an inspiration for me.

Seeing both my parents do business even i had a thought of doing business.

So didn't you ever thought of joining any of your parents business?

No, i didn't think about it but I used to sit at my father's shop after school in 9th & 10th .we had a xerox & printing shop back then.

I always had an interest in designing. So after 11th standard only without thinking of completing my 12th standard also , i took admission in reliance education for learning video editing, Animation etc. Its a private institute. It was a 3 years course.

Many people suggested me to do engineering & all but i wanted to do this. I 'd listen to my hear and did what i has interest in .

As you are the only son & your parents are into business already so didn't they insist you to join them rather than doing anything else?

No, they always told me that do that what you want to & i had 30-40% knowledge in this field already as i use to sit at my father's printing shop. Business is in our blood.

How your journey in this business started?

Firstly when Corona came in 2020 ,I used to sit at my father's office so one fine day, one of my relatives asked me if i could make a design for them then i made the design and they liked my work.

They introduced me to 2-3 new companies and i did there work also efficiently & got more work from references and simultaneously my study was on. I was doing WFH then .

How did you manage the finances for this startup?

I didn't take any finances from my parents or anyone else, one of my Uncle helped me a lot to start this .hlHe gave me his office at the initial stage for the business .so I took 2 companies work and started from that and then with my earned income i had setup a system ,my office, employees and developed a team now .I have a staff Of 9 and all are elders to me.

Our main purpose for taking your interview is that at the young age of 19 you have started a business & now you are 21.

Two years back ,When you started this business it was the time when your friends enjoyed their college life and hand fun .so how did you get that courage to start a business & weren't you afraid that how it's going to work out?

Absolutely I was nervous and anxious at the beginning but then I thought I have to do something in the next 5 years .so when all my other friends started business by that time I may reach somewhere else.

How did you get this maturity and that age?

As I started meeting people I gained knowledge and experience from them. because I haven't done any job so far so I had no idea about how it's going to be and at the initial stahe had to face some difficulties but then I always follow a formula ,to keep good relations with the clients , they are like a family to me.

Did in between at any point you felt that you had to wind up this business or you had to face any sort of failures?

I never failed, I am always ready to serve my clients. Our office timings are 10 to 7 but if any clients come at 3 AM also we are ready to serve them & do they work. I myself will come to the office and do his work urgently for me client relations & services are very important.

How do u think your business will grow?

Firstly we shouldn't give money the utmost priority in business. Our utmost priority is our service & good relations with the clients.

This serves us in our growth as word of mouth marketing helps us to grow as people refer us to others if they'll like our work & services.

How do you manage time for your personal life?

I don't get time for my personal life but at the other end i think its the time when i have to work hard as its a startup . So that later i can enjoy the sucess & its results.

What's your goal , where do you have to take this business?

I want to make it big MNC & want to have 50 employees team as of now they are 9.

Do you have a vision?

At the initial stage I had a vision that I started in August and had set target that till October I will employ 3 staff before October only i had 3 employees & within a year i have 9 staff.

How do you manage your office expenses,infrastructure, employees satisfaction etc.?

I manage all of it solely. I don't have any HR now .

I don't behave like a boss in the office. I just want my work ddonewith all the freedom given.

What is your motivation?

I want to make a group of companies like H.S.group & co.'s.

I have also started another firm for exporting products from India. My services are already being exported at U.K,Canada etc.

What are your Strength & weaknesses?

My family is my strength and when they are there i have no weaknesses.
